Right of revocation

You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen days without specifying any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or the last goods (in the case of partial delivery). You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different delivery method than the best standard delivery we offer), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this Agreement has been received by us. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling them in a way that is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
